Job Description
Dissemble goals , formulate budget plans, and transform goals into executable plans;Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for local market; evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs;Build and monitor the operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products;Monitor the merchant ecosystem; discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities; while being alert with risks;Help business growth through product optimization, merchant governance and data analysis; Understanding e-commerce or live broadcast field is a plus;Implement and manage important merchant strategies
The Successful Applicant
At least 5+ years of experience in ecommerce platform, consulting firm, or internet strategy, industry or market research and business analytics with eCommerce relevant experienceStrong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail - Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization)A versatile learner with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. A resourceful problem solver, able to work effectively in an independent, structured and goal-oriented mannerOutstanding communication skill both verbally and in written to articulate a business strategy and resource requirement, and strong listening skillsOutstanding degree from a top university with proven track record. Studied or worked in a global culture environment before, willing to be based out of a Southeast Asian country for a period of time or travel within Southeast Asia on a regular basisProficiency in English is required. Additional language skill in Mandarin is a plus
